2011 UNTITLED | Red Wine
2011 Untilted is 60% Cabernet Franc and 25% Syrah from the Weinbau vineyard and 15% Petit Verdot from the Dionysus vineyard. Aged in a mix of new and used French oak and new American oak for 3 years. Smooth tannins fill the mouth, full of aromas and flavors of brandied cherries, vanilla, smoke, cedar and white pepper.
